ALL RENTALS MUST BE SCHEDULED IN WHOLE HOUR INCREMENTS ON THE HOUR.

RESIDENTS
Residents of Oak Ridge aged 60 and older are eligible to rent the Farmhouse at no cost for a maximum of two (2) hours Mondays through Wednesdays, 8:00am - 2:00pm. Rentals are based on availability and approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional hours may be reserved at the regular resident rate.
2-hour minimum rental / 5-hour maximum rental for hourly rate: $20/hour
Full Day (6 hours or more): $300/day
Security Deposit: $100/reservation request *not required if only renting for maximum 2 hours*
